Around the
World
A poetic reflection on the architecture of Modern Art houses, where form, function, and imagination converge. This illustration series distills the monumental into the intimate, revealing iconic buildings through a minimalist lens that honors precision, silence, and structure. Each line is intentional; each shape, a quiet homage to the architects’ original visions.
While grand galleries often stand as artworks in themselves, this project reimagines them at human scale, not as temples of art, but as works of art. With delicate restraint, I translate each curve, shadow, and volume into visual compositions that invite contemplation without excess.
What began as Museums of Modern Art has evolved into Around the World, a broader visual exploration of architectural language across cultures. This progression expands the narrative, tracing the emotional and aesthetic codes embedded in buildings from diverse geographies.
By stripping away the noise, these minimalist renderings ask us to look deeper, to see architecture not as static space, but as an expression of cultural identity, of intention, and of timeless design.
